- William, born about 1532, married ? about 1555 at Swainswick
and died in 1609 at Todington, Gloucester;
- John (Gunning), born about 1533 before 1569 (his father's will
stated "To My Son, John's Child, A Sheep");
- Peter, born about 1534, married Elizabeth Alchorn about 1553 at
Brooklands, Kent, England and died in 1567 at Ash, Kent and was buried
there; and
- Mary, born about 1536 and married ? Stokes about 1555 at Torneys Court.
John's will was proved on 18 September 1572 at Torneys Court, Cold Ashton, Gloucester.

Robert GONNYNGE was born about 1530 at
Swainswick, Somerset, England, the son of John Gonnynge
and Mary Doddington.
He married Elynor ? about 1560 at North Stoke, Somerset, England.
Their children were:
- John, born about 1565 at Bristol, Gloucester,
England; and
- Walter, born about 1567 at North Stoke.
Robert was buried on 15 February 1574 at Marshfield, Gloucester.

Gloucester, England, the son of Robert Gonnynge
and Elynor ?.
He married Ann Whittington
about 1599 at Bristol.
Their children, all born at Bristol, were:
- John, born about 1600;
- ?, born about 1602;
- Mary, born about 1604 and married Edward Pitt about 1620 at Bristol;
- ?, born about 1606 and married William Griffith about 1626 at Bristol;
and
- ?, born about 1608 and married George Neathway about 1626 at Bristol.
John died in 1645 at Cold Ashton, Gloucester.

- Robert, born about 1633, married Ann Cann about 1655 at Bristol, and died after 1679 at Cold Ashton, Gloucester [per Mary's will];
- John, born about 1635 and his will was proved on 26 March 1677;
- Elizabeth, born about 1637, married Thomas Langton about 1660 at Bristol, and died on 11 August 1704 at Cold Ashton;
- Joan, born in 1639; and
- Mary, born about 1641, she died at Cold Ashton and her will was proved on 16 July 1679 in Somerset.
John died in 1662 at Cold Ashton and was buried at St. Walburgh, Bristol.
Joan GUNNING was born in 1639 at Bristol,
Gloucester, England, the daughter of John Gunning
and Elizabeth Barker.
She married Edward Strode in 1658
at Bristol.
She died on 1 April 1679 at Shepton Mallet, Somerset, England and was buried there at the Parish Church.
