Returns & Exchanges Made Simple
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 90-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your item. Please remember, the item must be in new and unused condition.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn or unused

With tags and in its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Exchanges
We like to keep exchanges straightforward. You can exchange any item within 90 days, as long as it’s new, unused, and in its original packaging.

U.S. customers: You’re responsible for sending the item back, but we’ll cover the shipping for the exchange going out to you.

International customers: Shipping costs both ways are your responsibility.
Need a different item instead? No problem! If there’s a price difference, we’ll either refund the difference or contact you to arrange additional payment.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
Please note: The actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away at info@vnla.com. Be sure to include photos of the issue so we can take care of it quickly.
