90 Day Warranty

WHAT IS COVERED
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, including assembly. Normal wear and tear is not covered.

DURATION OF COVERAGE
This warranty runs for 90 days from the date your product is purchased.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover damage due to moisture, sweat, or mold. This warranty does not cover fading or discoloration caused by exposure to light. This warranty also does not cover wear and tear due to skating either indoors or outdoors.

WHAT VANILLA WILL DO
Vanilla will repair any item that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. In the event that repair is not possible, Vanilla will replace your item with a new item of similar composition and price.

Contact Vanilla using the Contact link. A service representative will email you to take all necessary action to correct problems covered by this warranty.

Backspin Wheels

LIFETIME WARRANTY
If you have a Backspin indoor wheel that has chunked urethane, a cracked hub, or noticeable wobble, we want it back!  We use your returned wheels to improve our products and make them stronger!
To return your Backspin wheels for replacements, please email us with the details of the issue. Once we receive your email, we will provide you with a RMA# and mailing address.
Once you mail your wheels, make sure to email us the tracking number, your mailing address, and exactly what was sent so we can make sure you receive your new wheels in a timely manner.

Please Note: The “Lifetime Warranty” is for the lifetime of the wheel and not the skater. The warranty does not cover flat spots or normal wear and tear.  Skating outdoors presents common road hazards, because of that they are not covered by our lifetime warranty.
